And this is one night your kids won’t want to miss, as many of the museums will offer outdoor activities just for them!

Join the Mayor, Commissioner of Cultural Affairs and others at the opening ceremonies just outside the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

This year’s Museum Mile Festival includes many other fun activities just right for the whole family.

During this three hour art fest, you and your family can stroll through El Museo del Bario, The Museum of the City of New

York, The Jewish Museum, Cooper Hewitt National Design Museum, Smithsonian Institution, National Academy Museum, Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, Neue Galerie New York, Goethe-Institut and the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Along Fifth Avenue, there are special exhibits for you to view and get ready to tap your toes to live music. This festival is a great and fun way to spend quality family time together, as well as introduce your children to the arts – up close!
